Reliable did a great job in renovating our bathroom. We are very happy and they listened to what we needed, provided a solid layout based on our budget, good communication, professional, hard-working and courteous.

Late last week my mother’s bathroom was completed by the Reliable Bathrooms team, on time and we are just so pleased with the process and result! The bathroom is lovely and just what we envisaged. Workmanship is fantastic but it has been the little things that have made the process and end result so pleasing. Tradesman have been so respectful and good at their job, keeping her home clean and tidy while being great communicators, happy to answer questions and chat away to her disabled daughter Emma to reassure her and tell her about the process. I can’t say how impressed we were with everyone’s manner and their communication. Having a project Manager in Nathan that kept her informed of what trade was coming and when, and a friendly contact who always answered the phone for when we had queries. The assistance with choosing colours, materials and fittings was also a real help and made the process so easy. Thank you Guido, Nathan and the Reliable Team. Got the team in to look at my en suite which was just renovated couple years ago but was leaking on the low floor. Came on time like he said was very professional and patient explaining how and why and what to do about. Quote me and kept to that quote with Ann and Kara keeping me well up dated with when trading coming through the house. Job was done with high standards. If small picking would of nice to get painting done same time with the quote or a final walk through. Well done team

Our bathroom looks beautiful! Great skills on display. No mess left behind. RB&C were reliable, responsive and respectful. They treated our home and us with friendly respect. Drop mats and boards protected our floors throughout the renovation, no swearing and no blaring music. They removed the rubbish!! We felt very comfortable with all the tradesmen. We used Reliable Building & Construction to renovate a bathroom and ensuite. We found them to be well organised, timely and professional. The end-to-end process from quote, material selection through to building and installation was first class. Will use them again for further renovation work in 2023 / 2024. Would happily recommend.

Having been badly burned in the past it was with some trepidation I approached another renovation but engaging Reliable Building & Construction was the best decision I could have made, they are extremely well organised, professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I have a Californian Bungalow which Guido was always mindful of, retaining it's heritage features where possible. The carpentry, plastering, tiling, electrics and plumbing are all of an excellent standard and Taylor always made sure everything was done correctly. They all take pride in their work and have made the whole process stress free, with the reno coming in on time and budget. So a big thankyou to Guido, Taylor, Ryan and the team. Awesome
